WHY declarations — each member articulates the reason their message must exist, not just what it says

First Draft — Speech Outline
Using the Three C's (Clarity, Contrast, Continuity), build the structural outline of your signature speech
Identify the central tension — the paradox or reversal your speech delivers (modeled on Jesus' "the last shall be first" type statements)
Write the opening story — the moment that opens your talk and carries the message forward
Discipline III · VIP 1:1 Focus

Who is your ideal client / community member with precision?
What is the primary transformation your work produces?
What is the offer that will bridge attention to transformation — and does it exist yet?
✦
Month 3 Kingdom Assignment
Teach something publicly using the Three C's. Deliver a 5–10 minute teaching on your primary platform — in person, on video, or live. Use the Three C's framework: a clear central idea, a contrast (before/after, truth/lie, Kingdom/world), and a consistent call back to your Force Statement. Submit the link to the cohort and receive group feedback at the next session.
Month4
Machine

Viral Anatomy → Propagation System
Ch 13 — The Anatomy of Viral Propaganda: Attention + Relevance + Emotion + Clarity + Shareability = Propagation — why some messages spread and others die

Discipline I · IA Group Focus
Build the Weekly Machine
Each member presents their Weekly Propagation Flow — one core idea expressed across formats: long-form, short video, email, community post

Complete and publish your first long-form piece from Month 2 — an article, devotional, or essay that carries your Force Statement
Discipline III · VIP 1:1 Focus
Content Review + Conversion Strategy
Review the last 30 days of content — what's working, what isn't, and why
Define the conversion path: what does someone do after they discover you, and how does that path lead to your offer?
Identify the biggest bottleneck between your message and your revenue
✦
Month 4 Kingdom Assignment
Launch a 30-day consistency challenge on your primary platform. Every day for 30 days, publish something — a post, a reel, a video, a thought. Same message, different expressions. Track the data: followers, reach, responses, and — most importantly — what you discover about your audience and your message through the discipline of showing up daily. Report back at Month 5 with your most important finding.

Ch 18 — Viral Content With Kingdom Power: Truth + strategy — communication without compromise; the three boundaries a Kingdom communicator never crosses

Deliver the Speech
Deliver your signature speech to a live audience — a group, a live stream, a church, a business event, or even the cohort itself
Receive structured feedback from Tracey and the cohort on clarity, contrast, and Kingdom impact
Refine and finalize the speech for ongoing use — this becomes your stage-ready talk
Discipline III · VIP 1:1 Focus

What form does your community take — membership, cohort, network, live event, or combination?
How does your community connect to your offer ladder — entry, growth, continuity?
Month 6 preparation — what does the final month need to accomplish for you to reach your 10x outcome?
✦
Month 5 Kingdom Assignment
Identify and personally invite your first 5 pacesetters. These are people who already resonate with your message — who share it, reference it, or show up consistently for it. Reach out personally, tell them what you see in them, and give them a specific role, responsibility, or invitation to carry the message forward with you. Report what happens when you stop broadcasting and start commissioning.
Month6
Multiplication
The Offer, the Legacy, the Commission
Revenue that serves the mission, legacy systems, and building what outlasts you
Discipline II · Book Chapters 21–22 + Conclusion
The Offer → The Commission
Ch 21 — The Offer That Fuels the Movement: Entry offer, growth offer, continuity offer — the movement offer ladder; selling with integrity as invitation to transformation
Ch 22 — Legacy and Longevity: Building what outlasts you — ideas that continue, systems others can follow, people who carry the message forward without you
Conclusion — The Commission: Build the machine. Start the movement. From consumer to creator. From pews to platforms. From programs to prophetic systems.

Cohort graduation — the group recognizes what each member has built and who they have become in 6 months
Writing & Media Track

Complete and publish your first formal piece of long-form content — an article, devotional, book chapter, or manifesto that carries your Force Statement at depth
This is the foundation of your body of work — the first stone in the building that outlasts you
Discipline III · VIP 1:1 Focus
6-Month Review + Next Chapter
Full 6-month debrief — what was built, what changed, where the 10x happened and where it's still coming
Legacy roadmap — what system, person, or piece of work will carry the message forward beyond this season?
Next chapter — what does Cohort Two or the next level of investment look like for this founder?
✦
Month 6 Kingdom Assignment
Launch — or fully articulate — your movement offer. By the end of Month 6, you must have either launched an offer aligned with your message and your machine, or have a fully documented offer you will launch within 30 days of graduation. This is not optional — the assignment of the Apex Foundry is that every founder leaves with a machine running, not just a plan on paper. Report your launch results or your launch date to the cohort.
